Big Smiles Dentist will be coming next week to the Elementary school on Monday 10/13 AND to the Middle School on Tuesday 10/14. You can continue to submit registration forms until the day of. You also can register online at www.MySchoolDentist.com. If you need another form, please pick one up at the school office or ask your child's teacher.
ATTENTION TK AND KINDERGARTEN PARENTS: If you have not submitted the Oral Health Assessment Form please sign your child up for Big Smiles so this can be taken care of. California law says every child must have a dental check-up (assessment) by May 31st of his/her first year in public school.
