Clinica Sierra Vista will have a mobile clinic at South Fork Middle School Back to School Night from 4pm to 6pm!
Please take advantage of this opportunity if your student is not up-to-date on vaccinations or has not had a physical exam for TK/Kindergarten enrollment.
